Has anyone experienced sexual attraction towards themselves? I can't figure out a way to manage the distress/dysphoria that involves short of nuking my testosterone or sex drive with either T blockers or other methods.

I think you should try and get help from therapist or psychologist. It’s better to talk about these things with a professional.

I have heard of this before, but I have no experience with it. I have read that being attracted to yourself is something that is natural and healthy. Body dysphoria is not pleasant though. I have body dysphoria as well. It’s not a good feeling. I actually avoid mirrors, because of that and I am depressed as well.

I don’t have any other good suggestions for you though. I hope you get a solution for your worries.
