Wow. Just wow. Actually, and ew. Wow and ew. That's basically how to sum up this episode. What did those of you who watched it think of it? I did NOT expect that little trick they pulled on us, and it's sad to say goodbye to the characters to die. Especially one of them. The other one I didn't care much about.
I already guessed who it was gonna be but I did not expect it to be this graphic. lol It was a good premiere, hopefully it keeps up through the season. Last season was a real snooze fest with all the filler episodes!
I loved every minute of it. It is definitely the best premiere episode of any TV show I have ever seen before. Although it was predictable (for me), I liked how they stuck to the comic books some while also giving us new material to watch. My number one favorite TV show delivers again!
I knew who the first one would be but I was not expecting another surprise. The Carl scene was really tense. The whole episode was savage from beginning to end but brilliantly orchestrated. P.S I think Negan's jacket looks epic!
First person was the one I wanted dead however the second person should of been Eugene. I cried my eyes out
I think I have an idea how it could have been done better Instead of ending last season like they did, they should have shown after Abraham gets killed and Darrell punchs Negan and then end it so we think Darrell will die, then come back and kill Glen... It would have made last seasons ending less shitty... Otherwise I really liked everything about the premiere... I knew he was going to kill glen when darrell punched him and he walked over to glen... The Carl scene was tense, but it was also epic imagery with the whole God/Isaiah symbolism... They basically turned Negan into God with that scene
@Pisciness: I watched the first episode of season 7 premiere already, so I know who dies, but some people on here might not have watched it yet. It might be courteous to edit out the name of the character for the people that didn't watch yet and happen to stumble on this thread so the surprise won't be ruined for them. We want them to have the same shock factor as we did.:icon_wink But yeah, I felt the death was very abrupt! I was not expecting it and was very disturbed while watching the episode.
