I’m hoping for other women to share their “coming out to their husband” stories- particularly any advice for do’s and don’ts. Been married over 20 years, teen-aged kids, and have been living with this for too long. He needs to know, I just don’t know how to tell him. I don’t want to hurt him but I guess it’s unavoidable.
Hi I'm a guy and was in the opposite situation, eg coming out to my wife. It was difficult, I gave myself plenty of time, put money away in case I would need to leave home. I eventually told her because I couldn't keep it a secret. She was mad and angry . We had been together 20 years with kids. We co parent, same house, she has a boyfriend and I've joined LGBT community. I wanted an open relationship or a threesome and stay with her but she was not open like I am to stuff. You could see a counsellor, don't be too hasty. Rade
