    I start pulling food out of the pantry and pouring it into bowls. When I'm done, I hand one bowl to Izzy, along with a spoon. "It's not poisoned, I promise." To prove it, I take a large bite of my food, making a big show of swallowing.

    I bolt to the other side of the room, footsteps barely loud enough to be heard, and grab a small black device. I then jump out of the window swiftly, landing on the ground softly.

    "Damn it..." I grab Izzy's arm and run for the forest nearby, weaving in and out of trees swiftly. After a few minutes of running, I stop and take out a small red device, about the size of a flash drive. I press a button on it, then lean against the tree, catching my breath.
