So what are you gonna be for holloween?

A drunk person, like last year. I'll probably buy some devil horns to keep it theme-appropriate but otherwise I don't bother. It's just another excuse to drink.

Retailers have been trying really hard to make Halloween big over here but I don't think it's ever going to become ingrained in our national culture like it is in the US. I literally saw two kids trick-or-treating last year.

 

Does a hipster count?

 

EC Halloween Party idea:

Put names in a hat, draw, and then dress up as that person.

I hope I get Gen, just so I can lovingly tease him.

But to be serious, I have no idea. If the last two years are any indication, probably going to a house party, where there will be alcohol, candy, pizza, music, and whatever transpires due to these things being collected together. My costume, if anything, will be decided closer to the 31st.

 

Nothing, my country doesn't celebrate halloween

 

The bastard that sits inside the house and doesn't open the door whenever anyone knocks unless I know who it is. I'm like the Scrooge of Halloween without the happy ending.

I agree with this. All the costumes I've ever seen have been tacky as, too.

 

I was thinking about this today, but then I remembered I never go to halloween parties. :tears:

I wore one of those unicorn heads last year to a Halloween party. I have some Tiger mask I might wear this year. Not into all that dressing up thing.

I hate dressing up the same as someone else. so awkward....

 

I honestly feel I'm too old for dressing up in costumes altogether. I can tell you what I was a couple of years ago, though. I had made a really good Protoman costume with the help of my mother, with a shield and everything. I was a really big Megaman fan in the day. It really was awesome, though very hot and itchy, because I used a sweatshirt and sweatpants for the jumpsuit, and it gets rather warm at my school, where I wore it to class for the day. I didn't go trick-or-treating, though, because my costume or something else made me sick by the end of the day, so I spent the night in bed. It was fun to be in the costume while it lasted, though. I want to someday rebuild it with even better materials. I used to really like the cut burka I used for the scarf, it was even my signature clothing stile for a while, until it mysteriously vanished for some unknown reason. I miss that burka-scarf to this day.

 

I'll dress as myself, that seems to scare enough people away.

 

Considering last year was a major (and boring) disappointment, I will not be dressing up or handing out candy.

 

I was Grumpy Cat last year, which was pretty awesome, but unfortunately the mask is uncomfortable so I have no idea what I'll be this year

 

I may go all out and do a TP Zelda cosplay. But that depends and will only happen if the best best best case scenario from here to Halloween goes down.

Here, when it's Halloween, we just go to the cemetery and visit the grave of our dead relatives. We dont have fun Halloween here. Tho I get to see a lot of horror movies and horror documentaries!

 

I'm not really feeling up to it this year.

I'll go as the sweatpants monster that stays home and watches specials.

 

last year me and my friends were teletobbies I do not know what I will go as this year but it will probably be a cartoon or something

 

I'll probably just cosplay. I still have my Mikoto Suoh cosplay, so I guess I'll go as that until I can prepare another one. Getting kind of old for trick-or-treating, but I still would like to dress up for school and costume parties. Halloween is on a Saturday and I'm pretty glad about that.

 

I want to be something on my own. For the past 2 years I've planned being something with my nephews.

I was the TMNTs 2013. Then I was batman in a batman/robin combo in 2014.

I might just be a vampire this year. Or something cooler. IDK.
