I don't at all. I really should though. I feel a little out of shape
I think it's because of the huge amount of hassle I had regarding being slightly fat.
that, and the fact I am very, very shy. probably the reason the stupid people at my school annoy me by literally acting gay and trying to flirt with me. I swear they know

I spent 3 summers in the gym because my mother made go with her. She said I was "Not fat, just chubby". In the end it made me despise the gym. Now I prefer to exercise outdoors on my own time with walking/jogging or biking (I'm gonna buy rollerblades, but size 15 are sooo expensive)

Sometimes I ride by the gym, and feel sorry for the people cooped up inside on a beautiful sunny day.

On average, since I've been really busy lately its like this:
40mins at school gym, 50 at home
School is 20 mins cardio, 20 mins toning

On weekends, an hour to 1.15 mins
An hour is straight cardio treadmill/cross ramp and the last 15 is crunches, squats and lifting.

I usually don't go to the gym on Sunday's, but I haven't had a day off in like three weeks now. Certain things get me in the mood to go. Techno music does that.

None out of choice, although we have to play sport for school (I chose hockey for winter) which is 3 or so hours a week. I only chose hockey because it went for the least amount of time and the only reason people think that I like it is because I run a lot (in the hope of injuring myself so I won't have to play any more matches).

OH, when I was young I was slightly fat and I was very shy as well because I thought people would make fun of me for going to the gym or joining a sport. But you have no idea how accepting the trainers are there and lots of people are so ready to give tips. There is an occasional jackass once a blue moon but they are no problem!

well, I am slightly fat
I am also socially withdrawn, due to the fact of both school and my aspergers :icon_sad:
so to go to a new gym? too scary :icon_sad:
hell, I'm half scared of going to college, yet excited that it seems college is where many meet someone, even if they're gay etc.

but, basically, both school and aspergers have made me INCREDIBLY shy, to the point that it's extremely annoying.
I've lost the oppertunity to get my ICT "pupil of the month" award 3 times this year due to :***:s who screwed my life up :icon_sad:

anyway, thanks, but it's gone a little too far for that

Perk it up! You don't need to go to a gym. Do some crunches, some sit ups a day, some push ups and jumping jacks. Purchase some dumbbells and practice with that. There is always a chance to come back around and work it out, the benefits are endless and you'll get confidence! It can be gradual and small, trust me, I know.

I jog a half an hour everyday plus biking with my friends so at least like an hour a day

i work out for a sum total of zero hours a week, but I run for at least 3 hours a week and then play hockey on weekends and touch rugby during the week. I'm not a weights person, just don't see the point of lifting heavy things

I typically hit the gym 5 days a week and usually workout for about an hour.

Though some times I change it up and go play basketball or go for a bike ride instead.

I don't like working out in gyms, and can't really afford them anyway, so I run five days a week, and do ab stuff on running days and upper body every other day. Making a schedule is definitely helpful, I find... not living in Boston would probably be more helpful, since there's no chance in hell I'm running outside Nov-Feb.
