So how many hours do you devote to working out?

So gay guys are stereotypically regarded as gym bunnies, and in my part that is *slightly* true. So I want to know, how much time do you devote in a day, a week, a month or a year to bettering your physical health and image? Jogging, going to the gym, playing a sport perhaps?

Lets get the ball rolling, 7 hours per week in the gym + morning/afternoon jogs +tennis. ?Y tu? ?Et toi? :icon_bigg

I have wondered how true that really is as I have heard that before.

Nowhere near enough ;-) Currently at zero hours per week. I really should get *some* exercise, at least get the bike out or hit the pool to help with the weight loss!

Toning up muscles is a long way off for me... ;-)

i try to do some sit-ups every morning, but it kinda depends how tired i am :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: i probably average about 50,but sometimes its like 10 and sometimes its like 100  other than that i play sport once a week at school, but in summer that means cricket which is the most laid back sport ever,so basically i dont do enough :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I run 5 days a week (I'm training for a half-marathon at the end of June, my runs are currently between 4 and 8 miles at a time) and I swim 1 day a week.

Also - my friends totally contradict the stereotype that gay men are gymbunnies, none of them work out at all. I've been nagging my best friend to join the gym in his apartment complex since he moved in 3 months ago. It's 50m from his apartment and he's too lazy to join.

I try to go 4 times a week for about 1 to 1.5 hours. It depends what body parts I am working on. I have 4 different workouts. I am actually going in a few minutes.

well (after 4 months of not going to the gym :O) I started going again once per week, then 4 hours of gymnastics training a week. so around 5 and a half to 6 hours per week.

about 3 times a week, each visit being 30~60 min. I'm not going to count biking everywhere though (getting groceries, alcohol, erotica, visiting friends, going to hobbyshops...) >.>

As much as it takes to do a few sets of push-ups, but I live on a hill so just getting around is a workout.

In a day, anywhere from 1-2 hours. Usually between 6-8 hours per week.

I used to work out 5 days a week for an hour each time. Now that class has become the kids class though so I only work out twice a week for one hour each in the adults' class. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I do physical exercise primarily for physical and mental health .

Generally I go to the gym 2 x 1.5 hours a week... ideally I'd like to go more often.

Plus I probably get a couple hours a week in walking.

At work I go to PE with my students and if there aren't any behavioral issues or I don't have any errands to run for the PE teacher I'll participate in PE. But it's adapted PE for special needs kids so it's really not much of anything. Other than that....none.
