That's so great, Jack!

 

I went out in the living room dressed and in wig. Almost got attacked by my dog. Hie was in total "stranger danger" mode!

 

Awe brooke that's amazing! And also not amazing. But cool!

 

It was very good from a confidence perspective(even my dog didn't recognize me!), but definitely not awesome almost being attacked by my dog. lol

 

dogs 'see' with their noses more that their eyes, so if you fooled your own dog you're pretty well on the way.

They go by their nose, yes, but in this case, the dog would have assumed that Brooke was just there the whole time and nobody else and suddenly there's this person the dog doesn't recognize that shows up and that's why it freaked out--it thought somebody new had entered the home without them noticing it. After the initial panic, it would realize what was going on and calm down.

In other news, I almost tripped while going down to the store today, but I saved it. Not today, god.

I also started HRT or some shit.

 

Well my dog better get used to it. lol

I have finally enough male stuff to put some of the old stuff out of my wardrobe. And it will still be full. If it's about clothes I'm that typical gay fashion dude. Makes me happy that I'm bi, because girls find that I'm a great shopping consultant

 

just been asked on a date... which is great because i think this girl is really great!

 

My girlfriend knows a lot of tattooists and I asked her to find me someone with a space as soon as possible. I'm getting the House of El crest (Superman symbol) tattooed on my leg in Feb! Super excited for what it will mean to me.

 

So I have a small failure... Sitting in the GIRLS bathroom right now because I chickened out at the last possible second... I couldn't go in the men's...

 

Just remember, most guys are more focused on their own crap than on yours. Hope that helps.

 

Me and two other guys have to do this thing in Irish on Monday and the teacher called us gentlemen. I'm not out to him yet so he probably forgot about me but hey, still felt good.
Also we had a first aid course today and we were doing a scene where my friend was suffering from a heart attack and I had to go and ask her what was wrong and stuff. The guy teaching it said I sounded like a real nurse.

 

A 'victory' so tiny I'm not sure it can even be called that really?
But today (after lurking on EC for months) I acknowledged to myself for the first time that I'm probably not 100% female. I guess we'll see where things go from here now. :icon_redf:icon_redf

 

Hey that's a huge victory! It sets off a chain reation that would never happen if you didn't realise that you aren't 100% your assigned gender.

 

This is how it started for me too. I spent a majority of the past year questioning if I was entirely cis. Thought maybe I didn't really identify as a man but not really a woman either. Then I realized I was being silly and I'm most definitely a woman.(Long story short version without much detail)

 

Ahh perhaps the greatest victory of all, congrats. and welcome.:eusa_clap(*hug*)
