No, but I'd invent a substance that caused people's sexuality and gender to randomly change each day when they woke up and put it in the water supply of Washington, DC, just to see how much more fun congress and the Supreme Court would be.

Imagine Clarence (Clarita?) Thomas with boobs!

But more seriously, nope, I'd stay me, I'm happy this way.

Interestingly enough, I had a dream based on this idea a few years ago where I would take an "anti-gay" vaccination and the dream would always end the same, that the jab I was taking didn't change anything but instead made me gayer. XD :newcolor:

Anyways... in terms of the question, I'm torn. Part of me wants to say yes, the other half of me wants to say no. It's kinda odd trying to imagine myself as straight, and I'd have to give up my feelings for girls. But I suppose if I was truly straight, then I wouldn't mind that. Plus if I was straight I wouldn't have to be so focused or concerned about coming out.

Hmmm... it's a tough one. But I've only really just started accepting myself, so if I turned straight then that would be really weird and hard to get used to. Chances are if something like this was available to buy online or something, I'd look at the reviews and articles on it. Then I'd spend a lot of time debating with myself whether to take it or not and possibly asking others what to do. So um yeah...

If I had not medically transitioned, I think I would want to become a cis female just because dysphoria is so annoying. Since I have, I wouldn't want to because detransitioning doesn't seem fun. If I could turn straight I probably also would because it's inconvenient trying to monitor everything I say, and lie about my dating history.

No for me there are more pros than cons so I'm not changing.

No. Even if I hated being a lesbian (which I do not), I can't deny that straight women have it tough in some areas considering many straight men are sexist and hold wrong double standards in relationships.

I wouldn't care that much. In some ways, having a strong preference for men would make life easier and I'd probably be more inclined to feel I could be faithful to one man. However, I don't want to say to the world that there is something wrong with being bi-romantic.

At the moment, definitely. I hate being gay

Hopefully that'll change over the years.

Nah. It took me like a decade to truly be comfortable with myself. I wouldn't want to undo all those years of self-hatred.

I'd not change my orientation for the world - I can't imagine a world where I was 100% straight and honestly don't care to!

Gender, though. That one I'd certainly take a moment over. As determined as I am to figure this stuff out and be happy in myself as I am, there's something awfully tempting about a Reset To Completely Cis button so it's not something I'd have to spend any more time thinking about, I could just be a regular girl. That could be neat. I don't know what I'd choose in that case.

Oh I didn't think about it that way. Sorry if I was being insensitive; I only asked the question because I wanted to see what answers I'd get.

This should be the new motto for the "queer agenda"! :icon_wink :icon_bigg

Omg...take a pill so that I'm no longer attracted to the woman I've been building a life with for the past 29 years?? Are you nuts? Get the fucking thing away from me!

I like seeing all of the different opinions and answers!

personally, I would never take the medication because I love who I am and I love how I can see the beauty in all humans regardless of gender. My sexuality and gender are a big part of me and my journey to feeling this way makes me more able to help people who are struggling.

No matter the difficulties that arise with being LGBT in this day and age, I can't imagine not being attracted to the female gender. I'd probably change as a person.

and girls are just too fricking hot

Out of principle I don't 'fix' things about myself that aren't bad/harmful.
I would no more 'fix'/change my sexuality or gender, than the size of my genitals, the 'squintyness' of my eyes, or my introverted nature.
