I've recently gone through some things that I want support for but I don't know where to go for it. I have a therapist that I've been talking to about it, which has helped a bit, but I also would like to be able to discuss it outside of my therapist's office with people who may have gone through something similar and understand what I'm going through. I was wondering if anyone knows where I could go for support, or if anyone knows of any online communities/forums where I can discuss my experiences and feelings and how to cope with them (and other "me too" related things.)

    Thanks in advance

Sorry to hear this happened to you. I know of a few:
    https://pandys.org/ (Under community)
    http://aftersilence.org/ (Under message board)
https://www.myptsd.com/ (Sexual assault sub-forum as well as some general trauma stuff)
The first two sites may also have some local resources such as groups, as they have listings by country in their public forums. I've tried all three and the first I find to be the best one.

If you want to talk I have an open ear, mind, and heart. Those situations break us down but with a caring community around you it can help.
