    After using Google I think this is the offending passage:

    Anyone who reads a book about the Holocaust and gets upset by that has serious issues.

    Well the First amendment doesn’t obligate schools to assign books as part of curriculum nor does it require public libraries make book available for check-out. If the government were preventing private book stores from carrying the book then it would be violation of the first amendment.
