Saying Something In A Non-Serious Way

I feel like since I've already talked about it at home and people know, it would be good for my own self acceptance and self image if I were able to say something about it in a way that isn't serious and heavy. Like a joke or something along those lines. Or just kind of an ordinary sort of comment on it or about something with it that isn't serious, heavy discussion.
