OK, yesterday, some cute teenage kid (possibly 15-17 years old) tried to add me on facebook. at first, i was "ugh... another add from some strange, creepy person (happened more than once)" but when i looked at his profile, he was pretty cute. I want to send him a funny picture that says "Who are you and how did you find me" to see what he says, but i cant message him. blah. Me and my nonsense writing/typing about some strange cute teenage kid. :eusa_doh: Who else encounters strangers trying to add you?
Almost never. Although, sometimes I don't recognize the person immediately. My gym instructor added me a few days ago and her profile was not her picture, and her wall was pictures of her kids, so it took a while to figure out. But out of the blue, no mutual friends? Never.
I had one last week. No idea who she was, even though we had a mutual friend. So no, goodbye. I don't like strangers on my facebook.
I never accept anyone unless I know them personally HOWEVER, I do send random requests to friends of my friends if I'm attracted to them... but then it's awkward because they don't talk too much
I added one guy that was hot, but I think he was a bot. He used a FB pic(partially clothed) that I later saw as an ad for a porn site.
I got one female as a facebook friend who I didn't even know and she seemed to be flirting with me a lot and honestly I was like stop flirting with me woman, I ain't interested.
I have received a few random friend requests. I don't add them at all. Even if we have a few mutual friends. I don't know you, why would I need to add you. If you want to get to know me, set up a hang out day with a bunch of our mutual friends then we will see how it goes.
