Does anyone have any tips on how to cope with voice dysphoria before a big presentation?

I'm having a really hard time with a presentation I have to give. I don't have stage fright or fear presentations, but i have a very soft "feminine" voice, that is very very high pitched... and I'm presenting in an echo'y room to seniors with difficulty hearing...

I've already been told so many times by advisors to be sure to "enunciate," to "project" and to speak in a lower register.. hearing all of this feels soul crushing..

any tips or support would help a lot. Thanks everyone
