Partner not acknowledging me - Any ideas why?

I think it will happen when the time is right. You have already come a long way in a relatively short space of time. These things you are dealing with are big and have big consequences so there is nothing wrong with taking your time. Your job is still quite new and sometimes we can only deal with so many new things at once.
