Well, the title is pretty much straightforward. Do you have experiences (both top or bottom)? Does this excite you? If so why? I really want to experience it (only passively) so badly but at the same time, I am bit scared and hesitant.
This isn’t something I am interested in personally (either top or bottom) but I have met people who enjoy it. Maybe if you have a partner or enter a relationship with somebody this is something you could discuss? Sadly I can’t give much of an opinion because neither me or my girlfriend are interested but maybe other people on here could give you some better opinions than I can.
It makes me sick to my stomach and would run in terror from anyone. Freaks me out when people do extreme things to their body, omg we are not silly putty to be "stretched out" like some guys want to do to your asshole. See, I can't handle the way people talk about this stuff, it sounds too much like abuse, but people get off on that too. Not even getting into the op's topic, I'm not compatible with the sex world at all from what I read and hear and with all the apps you have to do lol
In my time dating I encountered exactly one person who was into that. It's actually the main reason our relationship never turned physical. Not something I've ever even been curious about.

Yes I've tried it with another woman. I have small hands but even so it felt like a lot. She was really into it, a lot more than I was. Not something I've ever had done to me.
