Of all the major game companies (nintendo, Microsoft, sony), I personally think the nintendo is the best, as I was raised in a house with no game counsels, except for a wii and 3ds. BOth are broken now, the wii broke 3 years ago, and the 3ds broke one year ago. My parents said they would never shell out 300 bucks for a xbox, and there is the fact my parents are not tech. advanced, other than their phone. I have a flip phone, our house has one T.V., that was made when 1080p was a new thing. However, they said I could get the Nintendo switch, which looks like it will be a awesome counsel. LETS GET THIS HYPE TRAIN ROLLING!
I am sooooo hyped for the Switch. I am a huge gamer, partuclarly a Sony and Nintendo fan. The Switch looks really promising. I love how they are trying to come out with a combo system. I hope they don't release a handheld to go with it because I feel that may cause the system to have a split on who buys it. As long as they come out with a good library of games, I'm all in. I like how their target demographic so far has seemed to be teens/young adults.
It does look promising, and I am a gamer without any games! I mean, I'm 14, but my allegiance is with nintendo in the counsel wars. But nintendo kind of screwed up by releasing the wii U and 3ds in the same generation. I think the Switch is Nintendo's last chance. If the Switch flops, or the presentation on the 12th doesnt look good, Nintendo goes the way of Sega. If it Succeeds, Nintendo will be a Major threat, more so than usual in the console wars. I think Nintendo needs to do this to Make the Switch Successful. 1.A Price of $199.99 USD (basic) or $249.99 USD (bundle) 2.A great set of launch games. Like Mario Kart, the new Zelda, or the new 3d mario. Honestly, I think one of them will do. 3.It needs excelent selling in the first month. 4.The tech needs to be simple enough to have many ports made easily.
Yes, those are all the things I think should happen to. If they do that, I think they will be very successful.
And following nintendo logic, expect wii u and 3ds wifi to be shut down. XD I remember my last race on WFC MArio Kart Wii RIP WII WIFI
Oh boo not 3ds wi-fi. I've wanted a 3ds for a long time and I haven't managed to get hold of one. Also, I have not had enough playtime online in monster hunter for wiii WiFi to go down.... Then again I won't be loosing out too much generally since I don't play stuff online much. The switch looks really interesting... I'm just worried it will be sub-par at both of its functions. Also, I hate the little gamepad things, I would have to buy replacement big ones for playing on my TV.
Haven't finished my time with 3ds. I like Fire Emblem and RPG games mainly so I'm far from that day lol. Give me a Pokémon Coloseum type of game and I'm diving in! The LOZ game looks decent so I'll get it anyways down the line.
