    I have a bunch of coloring books. I looked at the mindfulness ones on amazon and put one called entangled in my cart.

    I watched Megan Leavey on amazon videos yesterday and liked it. She joins the marines and works with a bomb-sniffing dog.

    I’ve been looking into mindfulness, bought a book and failed at chapter 1 as it said to spend time everyday. Must go back to it and see if I can find a group to go to as that is something I would actually do. I’ve been to bingo years ago keep trying to persuade the family to do a girls night out and go again as we always end up playing when on holiday plus spend a fortune in arcades! Someone won 10K when I went last!

    Suze I am so sorry about your loss and I know that it most be painful to loose the person you love the most. You most continue with your life, I know is not easy but your dead partner would want you to do that. Cheer up friend, things will get better. Have a wonderful week.
