My husband is suffering with congestive heart failure. It is very sad to watch.

My dad had a heart attack last year, which was due to complications with b12 deficiency, then ended up having a blood transfusion due to the anaemia.

I am sorry to hear that I didn't know B12 deficiency would do that. Mine was found to be low and I take it twice a week. I have also dealt with anemia problems with was very close to having a blood transfusion. I took 3 iron pills a day now I am normal. Mine is from the fun of being a woman lol.

I so can't wait for menopause lol not. Mine is just heavy cycles. I have found that exercise has helped with my moodiness. I started out walking until I could do more. It is like a happy drug now.

Yes, my father died of it also. The fluid starts in the feet and slowly comes up until it fatally hits the lungs and heart.

Perimenopause is no fun! I had the heavy cycles too. I am glad to be finished with all of that! I got angry enough to the level of rage and had to start antidepressants.

Those are bad side effects. The only one I've noticed with mine is a dry mouth.

Not too good today. I think it is partly dreading the weekend, because that is my loneliest time. Some irritability which may be because I am doing a taper from caffeine.

    How are you doing?

What type of music did end up listening to? I am always curious to see what people are listening to. I like all sorts of music current and not so current.

i have been going to a 6 week mindfulness group, which i have found really helpful. with Mindfulness it is about being fully focused and in the present moment not trying to focus too much on the past or the future. trying to be in the here and now. have you heard of mindfulness. i have a creative coloring mindfulness book .
