I find it interesting that, since I cam out to myself, I notice a lot more gay/bi people than I use to. At least I think they are. I suppose I just wasn’t looking before. I suppose that’s good in a way, because I just saw them as people. I guess o now look for signs, just like I’m sure some might notice with me. It’s sort of fun

I do this all the time too. I have always found it interesting. I am actually fairly good at it.

Of course, I don’t say anything. What if I’m wrong?

Oh, I don't either. I wouldn't want to offend them. Though I would love to live in a world in which assuming someone might not be straight is not tantamount to an insult.

It depends on the person. Not everyone would care

True. I wouldn't. Even when I identified as straight. But some people get really defensive. Personally, the more homophobic someone is and upset about being labeled as not straight, the more likely they aren't actually secure with their sexuality imho.

It's true...at work there are a couple of lesbians and I'm sure a couple of the guys are bi at least or in denial of their sexuality. They both more or less ignore me like they are afraid I might try and hump them!!!! What are people like....who cares....

Yeah, this is weird to me. I would never act weird around someone because of their sexuality. It would never occur to me to do that. Their sexuality changes nothing about them.
