New Chatroom Moderators!

    I am pleased to announce that Martini and Defender have agreed to become chatroom moderators.

    Normally when in the chatroom they will be there to have fun as usual, however if they ask you to do or not do something please respect their moderator status and act accordingly.

    Please join me in welcoming Martin and Tez to the mod team!

    16 is our minimum. Ideally we would go for 18+ but that severely limits the potential chatroom mod candidates as it's mainly our younger members that use the chatroom regularly.

    We now have five chatroom mods, though Dan and Jim are not able to be very active there so it's really just been Derek looking after it. Now Martin and Tez are on board we have good coverage at the peak periods (Martin is in the UK, Tez in Australia and Derek in the USA).

    The chatroom mods are also involved in the general mod discussions about the running of the site etc, so we think it'll be useful to add a couple of people around the main site membership age-range to the mod team.

    Well I think tis great were getting more Mod's and stuff :slight_smile: Shows how well the site is growing ~

    The chatroom gets so spammed some days I think we'll eventually need more than one default room :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    That can be done. We'll discuss it in the mods area once the new mods have settled in.

    You can of course create rooms as you need them, and they just expire when they aren't used for a while.

    Yeah, but I find that that feature is kind of ignored, and by having a permanent one, it sort of encourages people to go into it.

    I'll be looking forward to the updates this brings :wink: Keep us posted.
