Need Ideas: LGBT presentation to the Faculty

So my school's GSA is putting together an educational presentation towards the faculty sometime in November. Our intention is to educate them on the importance of micro-aggressions and making the classroom a safe and comfortable environment for LGBT people so they can speak their mind freely without much fear of student and staff backlash.

We are focusing on gender identity, micro-aggressions, and little changes to speech that we can make that will make the LGBT population of our school more comfortable.

I'm not trans myself, so it would be nice to have the perspective of someone who isn't cis, and anyone else who has important points that you feel would be beneficial for educators to be aware of.
