I was wondering if anyone on here has changed their name legally in CA? I'm rather confused by papers I have to fill out to submit to the court.

I'm not sure how old this is, but maybe it will help. I know in California now, you can get your gender marker changed on your license and/or state ID if you get a signature from your therapist/doctor/case worker/etc. I'm sure if you have an LGBTQ friendly clinic near you, they can help you out with your paper work.
