Is there any specific musical performer that you absolutely can't stand the sound of their voice? Someone that you want to rip their vocal cords out?

For me until very recently it was Aqua. I couldn't stand her voice. It made me want to rip my own ears off or her vocal cords. I can tolerate their music now, but I am no where near a fan.

I hate Dave Mustaine's vocals. That's one of the main reasons why I don't enjoy Megadeth

There have been plenty more but I usually stop listening to them so quickly that it's hard to remember

Dani Filth. Due to his voice Cradle Of Filth is just the worst band currently in existence.

Only really trashy repetitive pop, not a specific singer, just...I'm sure you all know what I mean.

Miley Cyrus, I can't stand her and her voice. And while I'm at it, Every metalcore vocalist ever.

I hate bubblegum pop entirely, so on that front I can't pick a specific. There is one singer that from the first time I heard her voice I couldn't stand her. Macy Gray. But now it's worse. Her voice takes me back to one of the lowest points in my life.

Cyndi Lauper. I can't put my finger on it but there's something about her voice that just annoys me. I love her song True Colors, but it's the Phil Collins version I like, not hers.

Mine is Alanis Morissette. I just can't stand listening to her. Also, to a lesser extent Jewell and Miley Cyrus.

Geddy Lee (lead singer of Rush)

There are also a number of female KPop and JPop bands that I just can't stand. It's that high pitched "chickmunk" vocals that irritates me.

Cher. Thank God she's 2,476 years old now and doesn't sing much.
Her voice sounds like a man's voice processed to sound female. Martha Stewart talks like that, like her voice has been slowed down. She frightens me.

Also Jello Biafra. He sings like a cartoon character of Johnny Lydon.

Robbie Williams. He just sounds like a twat who is too drunk to tell how shit his voice sounds. He's a cunt.

I absolutely second Geddy Lee. I only know one song of theirs, and hs voice is why I've never bothered to know a second song.

I love Cher but that was hilarious  And Martha Stewart is creepy...

But anyway, for me it's Ariana Grande  Her voice is way too high IMO and I feel like my ears are going to start bleeding whenever her songs come on the radio.
That's the only artist I can really think of...I can at least tolerate most. I don't really like Andy Grammer but his voice isn't terrible I guess.

Usually I don't get annoyed by music that much, however there is a New Zeland singer called John Rowles who drives me insane.
Every song he sings sounds really depressing, even if the lyrics are positive.
