One of my favourites! Probably the first show that really got me into Musical Theatre. Enjoy!

I looovvveee musicals. The one I've been obsessed right now is Hamilton. It's so good!! Some others I like are Grease, West Side Story, Chicago, Rent, Ricky Horror Picture Show, Les Misarables, and many many more. Also, anything from Disney if you count those lol

I like a lot of musicals my favorite would be Mamma Mia. I hated Les Miserable I went to see it in the cinema and left halfway through. I tend to prefer happy stories but the name really should have clued me in to just how miserable that movie was.

I'm not much of a musical theatre person, but I do seem to find Stephen Sondheim interesting. Company, Follies, A Little Night Music, Sweeney Todd, Into the Woods...all great.

Satirical musicals like Urinetown and The Book of Mormon I also find interesting.

If you asked me this a few years ago, I would've said I hated musicals, but now since I got into University for theatre, I've been LOVING musicals. :smile_cat:
One show we did a few months ago was Stephen Sondheim's 'Into The Woods'; my favourite show we put on just above 'The Drowsy Chaperone'. Both are fantastic shows to see in my opinion.

Oklahoma, Into The Woods, Schoolhouse Rock Live, and Anything Goes were the musicals I was a part of in high school.
Book of Mormon, Hairspray, Spamalot, Avenue Q, Jersey Boys, Rock of Ages, Seussical, Wicked, Aladdin, Ragtime, Clue The Musical, Man of LaMancha, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Reefer Madness, Chicago, Rocky Horror Picture Show and Little Shop of Horrors are just some my favorites

I totally love musicals! My favorite musical is Dance of the Vampires, unfortunately I haven't seen it yet but at least I own the CD with the full show, not just some highlights. From the one's I've seen I was most impressed with Elisabeth, not just because it's a great musical in general but also because the performance of everyone was amazing. Others I've seen are Cats, Starlight Express, Grease, Mamma Mia and The Three Musketeers and I liked them all a lot. I have CDs of several other musicals and wish I could see many more, unfortunately it's quite expensive.
