The worst I've seen was a film which was on youtube.
It's gotten taken down a lot but it always get reposted by someone.

It's beyond awful, makes Human Centipede look tame so I'm not mentioning the name as I don't want anyone looking for it.

    The Human Centipede....

I swear I couldn't eat anything for like a week after I watched it...being 13 at the time probably didn't help either .__.

If you have good friends, life is not so bad. But in general, you are right.

In the world there are places where the situation is worse than Russia.. But i would like to emigrate, cause i don't understand how to raise child in gay family in Russia :help:

The Fourth Kind. I found it so scary, because I actually believe in alien abduction and might have even been abducted myself on several different occasions. Of course, there's no sense worrying about it since anybody could get abducted at any time. At least, that's my philosophy on it.

Shutter (Thai version). Shit is creepy as fuck! I was paranoid for a few weeks after watching it. For instance, going to the bathroom felt scary at times. Watch the movie and you'll understand why ._.

It's weird, I never found any movies really disturbing except Twilight when I was in 7th Grade. I had to keep my tv on when I slept because I was afraid Edward Cullen would come into my room and watch me sleep.
I'm not joking this actually happened.

I don't know the title, but I remember once my father brought home a 18+ rated film (no, not porn, it was rated for violence) When me and my sister where very small. My mother was concerned, but he was just like 'It'll be fine, no one dies!' Then every five minutes it was 'oh, except her!' and 'Oh, I forgot about him!'

I got over being disturbed in about three years, but my mother has never let him forget it. And we don't watch films on my father's recommendation anymore.

See, I can watch 'IT' no problem, but when it comes to cartoons - especially 'Coraline' and 'Winnie the Pooh' - I'm freaked.

I couldn't, though, even get past the synopsis of 'Human Centerpied'.

House of 1,000 Corpses. Poor, poor Rainn Wilson...

But I love it so much.

Coming from someone who is a "sick twisted fuck in training", the movie isn't too bad in terms of being disturbing. I found it to be rather artsy and absolutely stunning in terms of cinematography.

Salo? It's not a personal favorite of mine, but I have so much respect for Pasolini and applaud him for being brave and ballsy enough to make something like this during the time period he was still alive. I don't find it disturbing as other movies, but the political and social commentary is still relevant today and the cinematography is wonderful (something I haven't seen since Enter the Void and Cannibal Holocaust).

I'll throw in "Titus" based on the Shakespeare play Titus Andronicus, starring Anthony Hopkins.

I haven't watched it, couldn't get through the blurb, but The Human Centipede is awful.

Requiem for a dream. Loved it, but I doubt I'll ever want to watch it again.

Haha! That reminds me of watching Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Now, the prisoner himself wasn't scary. The dementors, though... yikes. I had bad dreams for about a month (like, literally crying every night), before I watched the rest of it and then it all felt better knowing that it worked out, lol.

The most disturbing film I've watched... Well, was probably that one at the time. But the one I'm most disturbed by that I remember now is probbaly Seven. *shivers*
