I usually just push the nozzle to the side of the shower so it hits the shower walls instead. That also has the added benefit of making it sound like I'm still standing, and not sitting down.

 

I kinda like it, but I think it's the fact I'm doing something unusual. I think anything even slightly out-of the ordinary turns me on. So I guess the mix of the water, the heat, the pressure, the unusual posture, etc. just turns me into your proverbial pile of putty.
