You mentioned Chronos/Crowler from YGO GX but how about Yubel? They use they/them pronouns which pretty cool. This one's not canon but Judai/Jaden always came across as a great ace representative to me, and, of course, Johan/Jesse seems to catch his eye. And Alito from YGO Zexal is implied bi. Honestly, basically anyone in YGO, there's so many "queer coded" characters and very canon/romantic feeling same-sex relationships in there.
Also, Grell from Black Butler is technically a transwoman but I suspect there's already been a mention of that one lol.
    Also-also, Yuri On Ice tho.

I loved psycho-pass! Anyone think Asuna and Yuuki from the Mother's Rosario arc of SAO counts? I'm not much of a fan of that series (the harem dynamic is ridiculous) but their relationship was so sweet. Maybe it was just friendship but I thought it felt like a lot more.

Ikuno and Naomi from Darling in the Franxx

I think Jacqueline From Soul Eater might have been lesbian. And of course Crona was trans gender, though I don't know which way.

I don't think anyone's mentioned Christa/Ymir, from Attack on Titan? I think for a series where romance is honestly not much of a theme, they're one of (if not the clearest) depiction of a very loving and more than slightly imperfect relationship. They're very different people who are brought together by similar situations, and who bring out the best, the most difficult and the unexpected in each other. It's not a happy ending, but I don't hold that against the creator (unlike in the case of most other tragic lesbian couples in media) because no one to date has had a happy ending in the series. I think I most enjoy watching them (season 2 is very Christa/Ymir focused,) because it feels so plausible? If life is that difficult and so full of conflicting loyalties, it makes sense that there's other things you need to prioritise, despite of how much love you feel for someone. (And you don't doubt they love each other.)

@Blackrainbow I forgot about Christa and Ymir. Yes I agree! It adds some nice depth to the story to learn a little about their pasts and relationship.
