I haven't seen a lot, but my three favorites are:

Show Me Love: A Swedish film about two high school girls struggling with living in a small town, popularity and their sexual identity.

I Love You Phillip Morris: A con artist falls in love in prison.

Pariah: A woman in New York struggles with her religious family upbringing and the acceptance of her friends while trying to find someone to love and decide what she will do with her future.

Would you count the 2015 LGBT time travel film/movie closets even though it's only 20 minutes long?

Yeah the Danish Girl is brilliant!

I also recently watched 'Boy Meets Girl' on Netflix and thought it was really good. The main actress was actually transgender and they filmed during their transitioning, so it gave the whole film a really nice 'real' edge. Maybe a bit idealistic ending or whatever, but hey you need some positivity.

I Cant Think Straight was a book originally and it's a great movie. I loved Imagine Me And You as well. There isn't really a lot of good movies out there, the ones on Netflix right now are really bad.

I don't like the sex scene in Blue is the Warmest Colour it's way too graphic and too long. It's like someone tried to fit all ways lesbians have sex into one scene.

It's complete overkill. Needless to say I've seen it once and once was enough. One day I might track down the graphic novel it's based on which is supposed to be so much better.

Oh and I forgot Mädchen In Uniform, a German film made in 1931 about a female student that falls for her female teacher. The main actress is stunning.

Yep, I love "But I'm a Cheerleader". There are so many television shows out there that predominantly contain straight characters and will add one lesbian or bisexual character to the series and it will then be placed in the category of lesbian television, that really makes me angry. I actually think I'm the only lesbian that really cares about this. I think the only television shows I've seen that really deserve the title of lesbian entertainment containing mainly lesbian characters is The L Word and The Real L Word. There's not enough television shows with nothing but lesbian characters or mainly lesbian characters. That's what I want.

Kill your darlings and Carol are the most beautifully shot ones in my opinion
