    Read Me Like A Book.
I just read it! It's about a girl who has a boyfriend but then ends up crushing on her female English teacher. It's fantastic!

Read "This Book is Gay" a while back. It's supposed to act as a "LGBT Handbook" of sorts according to the author. It was okay. Definilty focused more on cis gay male things than anything else.

I'm not sure if it counts, but Drama by Raina Telgemeier is really good.

David Levithan is a good author! He collabed with John Green and wrote Will Grayson, Will Grayson which was hilarious and cute :icon_bigg

I'm not sure if this series has been mentioned thus far, but I would definitely recommend the Captive Prince trilogy by C.S. Pacat. It's one of the few romance stories that I can stomach. Though that's probably because reading it, it doesn't really feel like a romance series, but of a gritty medieval series.

It's definitely not for everyone though, as it touches on some mature themes. (ie. Abuse, rape, pedophilia, etc) Though it usually handles these issues with grace, and never romanticizes them. Still, these topics aren't for everyone, and it's definitely worthy of the "Mature" rating on the back, even without the smut element.

Honestly though, I can't praise this series enough. The author knows what she's doing, and presents one of the best examples of the Chekhov's gun principal. (In which everything happens for a reason.) The tiniest details that you could miss, or think are unimportant can come up later as a turning point to the plot. Still, even with all these little details it manages to read smooth, and never dips into purple prose. You are told what you need to know, but nothing more. Likewise while the series dishes out all the info you need, it expects you to keep up, and infer some things on your own.

I like the two main characters quite a bit too, they're dynamic, intriguing, and work as a foil to one another without being obnoxious about it.

Really the only complaints I have with it are that the ending is a bit too abrupt. I wouldn't say it's a bad ending by any means, and is satisfying, but it leaves a bit to be desired. The only other thing I could note was that a few secondary characters could have been a bit more fleshed out.

Otherwise? It's a great read. Completely worth your time.

    ^^^^^

The Captive Prince is kind of a book for some and not many, cause of the things mentioned above. But my best friend is currently on the last book and she absolutely adores the whole series.

One of the best LGBT books I've ever read was "The Cutting Room" by Louise Welsh. A hella good mystery novel with a pretty hard hitting gay backstory around it.

I recently read "Whatever" by S.J. Goslee, which is the first book I've read that's about a bisexual dude. Once he realises he's bisexual there's a stream of "I'm bi, not gay" as he comes out to each new person... sadly relatable for a lot of bisexual folks, but it was kind of funny at the same time, the way the author told it.

I must admit I found it quite boring at first, and the style it was written in got some getting used to, but then it grew on me and I actually cared about the characters. Definitely one for anyone wanting some bi representation

Tell Me Again How a Crush Should Feel and If You Could Be Mine are both really good LGBT books by the author Sarah Farizan. Both stories are really good and I read both of them within a day (each about 300 pages). They talk a lot about coming out, accepting yourself and others accepting you. I really recommend both of them they are definitely something you can read more than once if you are like me!

You could try Timekeeper by Tara Sim. Its quite interesting and a plot that is quite original. Bonus: It has a gay relationship.

I particularly love "Some Assembly Required", because it's kind of a really touching ftm narrative.

Also, @Ybelira Inias, you could try using Dropbox or Mediafire to transfer the files without releasing any personal information?

i apologize if this has been mentioned before, but the you-know-who girls is a fantastic duo. i haven't actually finished the second book yet since i'm taking my time.

it's about a freshman girl finding out she's a lesbian, and the two main couples are interracial. so cool. when i first read the book i could relate so much, since freshman year was the year i figured out most stuff.
