    I would recommend you not go have coffee. That would be seen as a date, and a prelude to getting back together. Yes, he would see it as a date. He would say it meant you intended to get back together with him.

    Preferably you should never be alone with him again, either in private or in public.

    When he turned up when I told him not to he said he knows how he can 'fix me' all he needs to do is go down on me' ....this has freaked me out a bit to be honest. I'm going to be ringing the police today. Thank you everyone again.
    My boys go to their dad's tonight for the night and I'm freaking out a little bit to be honest.
