A friend of mine (who is also a late blooming Bi, and among the first that I came out to) shared this article with me earlier today. The title says "Late Onset", which I don't care for much myself, but otherwise, damn, I could have written most of this myself, it's incredibly close to my own experience with realizing that I am Bi and my desire to start coming out.
