Hmm. Are you sure you’re poking in the right place? Try using a mirror, that’s what I did (and you aren’t alone, I had a hard time figuring this out too lol). Also with the porn thing, you probably won’t look like that- most people don’t. Some porn stars have actual plastic surgery on thier vaginas and get labial reductions.
If you’re sure you’ve got the right place, you may just not be aroused enough- the vagina is a muscle, and when you aren’t relaxed enough it contracts and any penetration is difficult

 

Oh and if it helps- You’ve got two holes, your urethra where you pee, and your vaginal opening. The labia minora are the two weird inner lip things, and the labia majora are the outer bigger lips. Googling ‘vagina anatomy’ will bring up some helpful pictures.
