It took a while to gain the motivation, which gave me a lot of anxiety at the very thought of it (I was worried that my friend wouldn't get it and would feel weirded out or something)... We've been close with each other since middle school and have since described ourselves as "siblings separated from birth". But once I was able to get everything out there, I was totally not prepared for not such a positive response. They also revealed they shared the same feelings as I and was considering coming out as trans as well.

At first, I had no idea how to respond, but it really felt... serendipitous. We both got emotional and since then became more close than we've felt before. Like what are the odds? I just wanted to share this moment. Feels good to not be "alone" when it comes with close family and friends.

Yes, I felt like it was a dream. Did not see it coming, but I could not have asked for it to happen any other way <3
