I've been binding since February. Since I started binding, I've never been that safe with it. I always bind from the time I wake up until the time I go to sleep. Recently, I started feeling what seems like a muscle knot on my lower ribs but I'm scared it might be something worse. I can feel it moving around a lot. I'm not sure what it is. is there anyone else who's had an issue like this?

First thing, you've been binding for too long each day, you really shouldn't be binding for anything longer than about 8 hours a day, maximum.
Secondly, the binding every day can be risky as you really do need to give your body a break of a day or two each week, just so that tension and stress doesn't build up.

Maybe the binder is too tight. It would be my intuition about it, but I don’t bind that much and never had issues with it so idk.
