It may be just a "dip" in your mood. Feel free to take a day or two to try to improve your mood on your own. Put on your favorite music, watch a favorite TV show or movie you haven't in awhile, have a favorite food for dinner. If you want to interact with people, call some friends and go out. If you'd rather stay home in bed and watch TV or something, do that, too. If you're not feeling any better in a day or so, it'll be time to try the next step. Lex
