You are a Badass by Jen Sincero. Great read!!!
Its about tapping into your potential and such.
Have you text her yet?
No ma’am. Middle of the workday here, the island is flooding again and all phone comms are down again. Somehow i have wifi. I will tonight! Ill update you all.
Also, you all know the book “love in times of cholera?”
Well theres a cholera outbreak on the island now... maybe love will come with it LOL ( gotta laugh...)
Otherwise I imagine you'd cry. Keep safe I'll await your update.
So... you all know how stubborn i am by this point, im sure
Last night i was like “universe, im stubborn so im gonna need another sign. If shes at all interested in me, have her text me”. I didnt specify about what.
Well guess who texted me overnight!!!!!!!!
She has never texted me before. She wrote about one of her charity projects
Guys... im in shock. This whole asking the universe for what i want stuff works.
BTW I realize how insane I sound with this whole universe stuff... haha
I believe in more than what meets the eye, so I don't think you sound insane. Faith and hope is really good for the heart. It's been a long time since I've prayed. Maybe I should give it a go and ask for that "person to makeout with at least" LOL Actually, I'd settle for cuddles with a cute girl (or guy, but I realllly want to explore being with a girl!).
Also your crush may be interested but doesn't want to come on too strong and make you uncomfortable. So she thought it would be better to invite others
It takes time for relationships to bloom, so just enjoy her company as a friend.
No not insane haha. So have you text her back?
Yes! I replied and shared her Facebook post, and she liked my post.
And I will text her later today to ask about the concert.
Good work. I don't want to have to come all the way over there just to send the message for you.
I've heard this is a great book. I got it for a friend for Christmas, but haven't read it myself. Yet.
I texted: hey so would really want to go to the concert?
Will let you know the answer
alright well she never answered so I guess that's that...
Risk taking doesn't come easy for me. And when I fail, it usually just makes me want to crawl up into my comfort zone and never come out. I'm not going to let myself do that though. Hard as it may be :/
Hey I know it looks as though your risk hasn't paid off and I know it make you never want to try again but don't give up completely. It wasn't a no and remember you are planning to move to the US in the new year so the future isn't bleak.
