I'm going back to school (college) in September. I'm a gay girl, and I feel pretty much ready to come out to my friends and family when the right moment comes. However, something that I've always wanted is to finally have feelings for a girl that doesn't turn out to be straight But I'm terrible at attempting to let girls know that I'm gay/ finding out if they are too- in the past I've just gotten nervous and treated them like a friend before realising I should get over them and find someone else who's actually interested. So, seeing as I'll be meeting new people in the new school year, does anyone have tips on how to ask someone about their sexuality in conversation without being too forward?
