Title says it all, but at the rate I'm going I'm not on a healthy route, and I'd love to fix it though it's gotten to a point where if I grab an ice-cream bar I can't stop myself. I feel guilty, but not enough to not grab it in the first place.

Any methods to slowly put myself on a healthier route? Encouragement?

Well what is your end goal? Do you want to lose weight and eat healthier? I can honestly say it's gonna be a tough one. I had no restrictions with my old diet, and I essentially rated whatever I wanted. The reason why I wanted to change is because my future career needs it. On top of that, I can look and feel good. It'll take lots of determination and detication, but you can pull it off. I had a Nutrionist and currently have a trainer and had to pay big bucks for that, so I'm trying to put as much effort as I can.

Even with other people helping you though, you've got to be self-motivated as well.
