How old are you and how old do you look?

I'm 42 and nobody has expressed great surprise when told that. Some say they thought I was mid-late 30s, but since people tend to say a bit younger to be polite, I guess I look my age. There's a photo in my gallery if you want to form your own opinion.

 

I'm 17, and people say I could pass for about 19 or 20.

I am 16, lots of my friends say that I look like 18 (wen I have my glasses on)
One of my online friend says I look like 20, mid 30s, lol
But wen I took of my glasses, I look like 16, yay

 

I am only seventeen, but many times I have been mistaken for a substitute... and not only students, teachers too… But, I was wearing argyle and my glasses so I guess I did look a bit mature. I could pass for anything between 16 and 20 probably.

 

16, I look my age. But I've looked 16 for YEARS- since I was 12. I used to look really old. I have been mistaken for a wal mart employee though.

 

16 (almost 17)-- I've been able to pull off 18 of 19 before.

 

17, and I get it either ways (not meaning it in a dirty way :icon_wink ). Some think I'm a senior and others think I'm a sophomore.

 

I'm 24 but people have thought I was closer to 30 for about the last 5 years. I think it's more attitude than actual looks -- though my geeky mug does sorty scream "older than he really is."

 

I'm almost 32 and I say on a good day I could pass for mid 20's, at least I like to think so! :eusa_danc I don't know really, but I found it funny reading through the posts and noticing how the younger members reported themselves as older and vice versa for the older members. Wishful thinking, I guess. I wanted to be older when I was in high school and early college too, but now I wouldn't mind going back a few years, especially with the knowledge I have now. Oh well, you can't change time.

 

Why is it when we are in our teens we so much want to look older, but once we hit 30 we try to look much younger? :confused2: :confused2: Well I guess that is just the way it is..

For me, older than dirt or close to it, very soon to be 59 and I look like someone who fell off the hay wagon and was dragged a couple of miles down a rutted gravel road for a mile or two. :eek:

My partner says I look great, but I keep wondering why we have all the metal mirrors in the house instead of glass?

Hehehe, just kidding, I look pretty much my age, though a dashing older fellow. :king:

But you tell me, I don't mind you all knowing what I look like, though I don't have the beard now.

 

I'm 18. I keep getting told I look younger, but I get served at pubs no problem. I've only ever been ID'd twice, when I was 17 for a Red Bull (quite embarrassing) and a few weeks ago for a video game. Very embarassing!:dry:

I'm 17 now. Usually people ask me where my college is...so I guess they think I'm 18~22 and I never really mind it at all!!
I mean I never got asked to show my ID and that's good

 

13, I think I look my age, maybe 12???

 

14 (almost 15) and I think I look my age... although I do get asked sometimes what my age is when I try to sneak into a 15 movie with my dad. But I think that's because I'm short for my age (5"2), although my dad is 5"7 so the times I don't get asked is because the comparison is similar I guess...

 

I'm 13, and I think I look 13, but loads of people tell me I look about 11 (which sucks big time) so I dunno. I put my pic, taken before Christmas, in my profile, so you can judge. (But please say I look 13 or older. :icon_bigg)

 

hey willie, i think you look about 13 maybe a little younger than that maybe. im 16 and told that i look 11-12 maybe because i am skinny and short??
