How often do you experience sexual attraction when out in public?

I'm not sure I understand fully what ''sexual'' attraction is, but I do find myself attracted to a person sometimes.

 

Almost never. I have a very specific "type": generally older dykes. Since I'm a college student, I don't see a lot of them walking around campus. Except professors (hehe). Occasionally I will see someone who REALLY catches my eye. But other than those rare moments, sure, I'll look at someone and think they're attractive, but not usually experience sexual attraction.

 

Almost never. Most people are actually pretty unremarkable and/or ugly.

 

Dude, taking the train kills me sometimes! So many guys grab my attention. I should start to rank the different lines based on hotness level. :lol:

 

I answered this question a few months ago, but another update - I seem to be finding more and more guys attractive nowadays. I was in the Chelsea area of New York this past week and could not stop staring at good looking men. Seriously, that area is filled with hunks and I may just have to go more often. :icon_wink

Just scanning this thread is making me even more convinced that I'm demi-sexual as well as bi. Just because I don't notice people very often at all. I can appreciate attractiveness, but usually, I'll only feel a sexual attraction to them if I like them as a person. It's rare thing when I develop crushes on anyone, let alone somebody that I dislike or don't know very well. Maybe that's why romantic comedies where two hot people actively despise each other one second and are making out the next confuse me so much, like, I would break somebody's jaw if that happened no matter how attractive they were.

Any input on this possibility would actually be very very appreciated. I'm so confused.

 

Honestly, almost every time i leave the house there's at least one or two people i just can't stop staring at.
Upon seeing them, it's usually just the thought of 'Welp, i guess i'm subtly stalking you around on this journey outside the house today.' that goes throuogh my head and then, just whenever they happen to walk by or something, i'll just (mentally) beg the rest of my family to be going down the same, like, supermarket isle or wherever (but, no, the supermarket or walking the dog is literally the only reason i have to leave this comfortable seat...).
I usually don't even try to stop staring, it makes a fun game to just try to catch a glance without them noticing~
So, yeah, 'pretty often' would be i the answer i believe you are looking for...(─‿─)

 

Considering I hardly experience sexual attraction in general, I probably haven't even been sexually attracted to people in public (and if I have it was only like one time because I can't think of a time when I have). Although sometimes I get aesthetically attracted to people in public

I haven't ever. I can acknowledge aesthetic attractiveness, both in general and according to preference, but there's never sexual desire.

I don't normally label myself as, but I probably fall in the demi grey scale somewhere. Don't think I've had a crush, at least not how people describe it. All the people (incredibly few)I've felt sexual/romance towards have been close or best friends.

Seems like there's a quite a few others who feel similar on here. More than I would've thought anyway.

Yeah, I see what you mean, I'm the same - except they're not necessarily close friends, but say, people I have recently met who I get on very well with.

Depends on what is mean by sexual attraction. If that means an actual physical reaction, then almost never.

Accidentally find myself fantasizing about someone? Occasionally.

My eyes finding themselves staring? Constantly.
