    5 hours most of the time, 8 when I actually get to sleep.

    1 Hour or Less:
    I'm a little snappier and more irritated with life. But I don't overdo it, as that doesn't help anybody. This is functional but not top notch, LOL.

    2-4 Hours:
    I'm fine. This is what I usually strive for every other day. This is bare minimum.

    4-6 Hours:
    This is what I prefer. Not only do I tend to feel better, but I can go about 35 hours without needing to sleep again. This would be rested.

    6-9 Hours:
    I'm on vacation, in the arms of a handsome/beautiful individual, or I'm having an 80s montage moment. This is well-rested.

    10+ Hours:
    I'm in a coma, dead, or battling Freddy Krueger for my soul. This is bad, LOL.

    Anywhere from 4-10 hours. The low end of the spectrum is during the busy times at school. Now days during the summer I'd say it around 7-10 :grin:
