    I sleep anywhere between 7-8 hours a night, but it's usually interrupted sleep, where I'd wake up a few times during the night. I tend to wake up feeling more tired than I did when I went to bed. I wish that I could just sleep one whole night a few nights in a row and actually feel rested in the morning...

    About 7 hours per night, depends on how soon my school starts that day. However if I get less than 6 hours of sleep then I'm absolutely not able to function properly the next day. Also the sooner I go to bed the longer it takes me to fall asleep. During weekend I sleep more, about 9 hours.

    Usually about 5. I don't really need more than that to feel fine so I'd rather spend time doing something instead of being unconscious. It's nice to just sleep all day like once a month though.

    I usually end up in the 5-6 range. I sometimes will get less and will sometimes get more. It really depends on if my insomnia is acting up or if I am just stuck in a highly elevated mood.

    Seven hours, although that is mainly based on time constraints and having to go to class in the morning (8 Am classes get old really fast...). If I have nothing to do and don't set an alarm I'll always end up sleeping 12+ hours though, there have even been days where it was 20+. Sleep is awesome.

    Ideally ten or so hours. Realistically it's about 4-12 hours lol

    I usually get anywhere between 5 - 8 hours a sleep a night, but I try to sleep in on weekends. Work, overthinking, and anxiety keep me awake sometimes, and it takes me awhile to fall asleep...So on weeknights I usually end up sleeping about 5-6 hours. Weekends I get more like 7-8 hours.

    I need seven hours and don't function well on less. I also have to go to bed quite early to get the sleep I need because I usually wake between 5am and 6am, even when I'm not at work. When I used to work lots of night shifts, it was hell.

    It depends on the day, but I try to sleep around 8 hours. Sometimes I sleep less, but I end up tired and I have to sleep more the next day.

    I usually get between 5-6 hours a night and some mornings I'm able to take a 30-45 minute nap before everyone starts to get up. I seem to function best when I get 7 hours straight or am able to take an hour or more nap in the mornings. However, I've more or less settled into a routine of going to bed between midnight and 12:30 A.M. and waking up between 6-6:30 A.M.

    Sleep is good. I wish I could get more of it.... =/

    I have sleep disorder, there are times where I can sleep up to 8 hours, and other times where I barely get 2 hours of sleep

    I work the weekends so I usually work 6-8 hours. When I don't have to work I usually get like 10 hours.

    When I was coming out 6 months ago, 2 to 3 hours because I was a fricken wreck! Now I can get 6 to 7 hours and it feels amazing!!! I finally got rid of my sleeping pills 3 weeks ago- hooray!

    I have a slight fear of sleep so tend to not sleep as long as possible without it killing you
