    Re: Explain your username!

My first name's Madeleine. It was meant to be a family name - my great-grandfather wanted to call my grandma Madeleine and my great-grandmother said no, my grandma wanted to call my mum Madeleine and my grandpa said no, so my mother wanted to call me Madeleine and my dad had no issues.

Almost everyone calls me Maddy, but not my parents. They've only ever called me Madeleine or Madel.

    Re: Explain your username!

A japanese orchestrally composed pop song called the Crown of Avalon. Its just a very beautiful, mystical song to me. So i named my user name after it.

I name all of my usernames after things, people, ideas/thoughts/ or places that i deem beautiful.

    Re: Explain your username!

Steele is the name of a character in a manga series I've been writing for several years now. At first I just created him because I needed a new character to fill some holes, but after inserting him into the story, I realized that, in order for the story to work, his role would have to be a hell of a lot bigger than I initially thought. Additionally, by letting his character run its course, I realized that he's a character I can relate to and, in a way, look up to.

And with that said, I used to be SomeS50. Why did I call myself that? Because I'm terrible at creating usernames and didn't know what else to call myself. But that name made no sense, had no meaning behind it, and I hated it so I changed it to Steele for the reasons mentioned above.

I was on a field trip to Chicago and I bought a rainbow bracelet and a shark necklace and I was thinking about salamanders so I kind of just mashed them all together into "Rainbow Sharkamander".
When I joined this website I was thinking about a username and I remembered that so I became "thesharkamander".

I ordered a hoodie with "The Sharkamander" printed on the back a week or two ago. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

MC is my initials. The 193 is not my weight or anything like that. It does have meaning though.

Mine is how I figured out I was gay.

Allison Mack plays Chloe on Smallville. I was 12 or 13 and my friends and I were chatting about celebrity crushes (like all 12-13 year old girls). I had a really big crush on Allison Mack. I thought she was the most beautiful funny lovely thing to grace this earth. I told my friends "Allison is really pretty..." They just laughed and said "Eri, stop spacing out and get with the program...we are talking about CRUSHES!" I then laugh and said Tom Welling.

Closest I have ever come to coming out of the closet....

I had to change my last one cause the mods said so but the name I wanted instead had already been taken so I lazily ripped this one off a Bleach attack

I once went on sporcle and did a quiz in which you try to name all the popes. The least remembered pope name was Sabinian. I just liked the sound of the name.

The original plan was to do "The Amazing Gaytheist" but that was too many characters, and blatantly unoriginal. Then I cut it down to "Amazing Gaytheist" but that was still too many, even without the space. "AwesomeGaytheist" was still too long, so I took out the "e" and got what I have now: "AwesomGaytheist." I think it looks better without the "e."
