I do not own a dildo and I am not able to purchase one because I am not of age so I was wondering what would be a good substitute for one

I wouldn't suggest anything other than Dildos. Household items aren't meant to be forced up the anus, even if you are gentle and being careful. They can cause microscopic tears which can lead to a host of other problems.

I agree with Ram90. They can be painful and can also bring in other bacteria to your system. Can you not order a dildo online? I bought mine on Amazon. It’s also delivered in basic packaging so it’s discreet.

I am sorry that you live in a situation where you have no privacy at all, I grew up in a similar situation. I think that in the USA even that your parents opening mail addressed to you is illegal, though I am not certain of this and I would not know how to stop it. Do you have a friend who you could have it shipped to? I do not know if minors can do this but I have gotten a private mailbox several times in my life (though only as an adult).

Or get the parcel delivered to a package center for pickup.

We all have been where you are, you can't change your sexuality and at an age of budding curiosity. Please don't use anything other than a dildo. Injury could occur and a ER visit most likely wouldn't go well once the parents found out why.

There are Amazon lockers that you can have items shipped to and go in person to pick them up. Might be something to check into?

Say you did procure one. Where are you going to hide it? Have to be prepared to explain it if it is found. If you find a way use a condom over it (easier to clean) and lots of lube. Also go slow.

    Good Luck
    Dean

I have to agree with all of the other members who cautioned you against using household objects. It's really not a good idea. If you can, try to get your parcel shipped to a locker or pick-up location, but keep in mind what @johndeere3020 said about having a safe place for it at home too.

While I do not have personal experience with this stuff, I feel obligated to add on to make sure you start with something not too big, make sure you follow the instructions for how to clean it and stuff, and use lube! You absolutely do not wanna put anything up there without lube. It's also not worth getting in trouble over, either, so I'd say even once you're legal age to buy dildos and stuff, only get one if you're sure you can 1) get it discreetly and 2) clean it properly and discreetly.

Amazon has made huge strides in making it easy to purchase things without other folks knowing. In almost every community, there are Amazon lockers that can be found in grocery stores, drug stores, or convenience stores. You can purchase an Amazon gift card or a prepaid Visa card with cash (or another debit card), thus concealing where you are spending your money. And you have it delivered to a locker, where you can pick it up and dispose of the packaging. So the purchase becomes completely untraceable.

The next key is to find a safe place to stash the item. Many people use the back of the top shelf of a closet. Or they hollow out a thick hardback book and store it in there (that takes some time, and be sure to choose an incredibly uninteresting title). Don't stash it under your bed, between the mattress and the springs, at the back of a drawer, because those are places parents tend to look.

I would not suggest using any household item because there's too much risk of hurting yourself, the item getting stuck, and the like. I would particularly not recommend anything glass, except perhaps a glass dildo specifically designed for this use.

one thing you might want to consider is that at Target in their condom and lube section they sell a small multi speed mini dildo. They are only 17.00. You could get one of those and go through self checkout and nobody would know.

Your fingers. But yes I agree with Chip.

Edit: Depending on your location, you can try your local Spencer's (I'm not sure about online) they sell sex toys and other stuff and depending on whether they ID you or not you can get something there.

I believe you have to be 18 to buy those kinds of things at Spencers... but its been a long time since I was 18.

As others have suggested, order online and ship to a locker or to a delivery location like the post office. As most places have a section in the order for delivery notes, you can request it be held at the closest postal location for pickup.

As a teen I really liked drawing a warm soapy bath and exploring with my fingers. I learned how to touch and relax and it helped prepare me for wonderful experiences with partners later on. I think you are on the right track by asking questions here.
