Hi! I'm Lemon, 19, and its a pleasure to meet y'all! I'm a second year uni student, studying mechanical Engineering, and uh yeah lol. For hobbies I draw, fix cars, play videogames, and have recently started vtubing. I actually found this site while wondering if there were other gay people that worked on cars, and found a thread through google results
lemonhips.....Hello and a great big LGBTQ+ welcome to Empty Closets! There are a number of sub-forums here on EC...why don't you check them out and then feel free to join in the conversations! We will do our best to be a support and a place to vent when you need it! We are so glad that you have found us here on EC! .....David
There used to be a very longstanding lesbian-owned-and-operated auto repair shop in Berkeley (CA). I'd be surprised if it isn't still around. And there are certainly gay men who are obsessed with cars as well. So while the stereotypes may hold (I've run into fewer gay men who are competent working on cars than straight men), I'd say that, like everything else, the LGBT population is quite diverse in interests and hobbies.
That’s so sick! I always wanted to check out Cali cause of imported jdm parts, so I’d def wanna check that place out
hi! wow mechanical engineering sounds so fun! i'm in high school so i'm exploring careers. what would you say learning about it currently is like?
It’s nice to meet you! I’ve come to EC on and off for for a few years but the people who insure interacted with are nice. I haven’t had that many interaction though so in a sense I guess you could say that I’m kind of still new too lol.
