i have sufferd from OCD and intrusive thoughts for over a yer now and at first i was scared of the thoughts they caused stress, anxiety i literally broke down in tears because of each of the thoughts but it scares me because now when i get the thoughts i feel anxiety still but i dont cry or get upset is this normal?
I totally relate. I don't know if it's 'normal' (because is anything normal?). But i can tell you that you're not alone in the way you're feeling.
