    I recently saw a study reference claiming that there is a link between sexual preference and right/left-hand dominance, so I thought it would be interesting to test it here.

    To avoid a million options, I simplified the choices.

    I think there are just less lefties in the world overall. So being gay and left handed seems like something extremely improbable. But who knows, I haven't read up on the correlation between it. Anyway, im gay and left handed XD

    I don't put any credence in the idea, but if it were true, shouldn't your main option for bisexuals be ambidextrous?

    Some studies have tried to make that connection apparently. Also there could be a variance between male and female but that would have required a total of 18 options. I considered using a google form for better results but I suppose it's breaking the rules of the site to link to it. Still, it's just a bit of fun

    There have been a half-dozen threads here on EC about left-handedness. In the general population, about 10% or so of people are left-handed. In the LGBT population, a number of studies have shown the number to be closer to 30%. The previous threads here also put the number of EC members who are left-handed at between 25 and 30%.

    Anecdotally, I have an unusually high number of gay friends who are left-handed, far more than 10%. I was once in a car with three other guys when we randomly discovered we were all left-handed. That doesn't prove anything... but it was unusual.
