Hate is a word not strong enough.

You will never see me wearing flip flops (or sandals). Sneakers forever.

I hate flip-flops. But only on me. Anyone else can wear them and that's alright. Me, I'd rather chew my own legs off.

(O.K, not literally, but I can't wear them. Nope.)

Never gave it much thought... I do like seeing girls in flip-flops or sandals and sometimes guys too if their feet are decent looking. I usually don't wear them unless I'm at the pool, beach, etc.

Funny how polarizing footwear can be... :icon_wink

Needless to say, I love 'em. I love seeing other skinny guys with no body hair wearing them. Provided, of course, their feet are nicely pedicured...

    I agree 100%

I work in a library, and people have even worn those noisy things there. Oh, the horror!

But I did used to wear them as a kid, sometimes, like when coming in from a hike along the beaches of Lake Michigan. But 99% of the time, I just went barefoot, because the sand feels so good on your feet. Lake Michigan has some of the best sand in the world.

I don't wear them myself, but most guys look fine or good in them

in Philippines wearing flip-flops was usual, because of our warm climate, flip-flops worn by a foot nicely pedicured was great

Of those who like seeing guys in flip flops, do you prefer them wearing shorts or jeans?

Uhhh, I'm a little disappointed this thread is about footwear. I saw the title and was expecting a somewhat different topic

I love them. But I can't run in them.
I do love wooden sandals though

Could be either. Jeans sometimes look bad if they bunch up at the bottom. Unless they're skinny jeans, because those and flip flops are like peanut butter and jelly.

I don't wear flip flops and I don't care/mind if guys wear 'em! Generally, everyone should wear whatever type of footwear they want to (even if it's crocs, which I joke about waging a war against) unless it makes their job more difficult or puts them at huge risk. I discovered through Google; at least one guy was rescued after trying to climb Scotland's highest mountain and he was wearing flip flops

My fave types of shoes are safety trainers ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I think it's fine if it's warm outside and they feel comfortable wearing them. But I personally think that flip flops+socks= don't do!
