Hello guys! I'm Mark, 19 and I'm from the Philippines. WARNING: I have a very bad English, not my first language so I'm really really sorry! I'm currently studying Electrical Engineering and I'm planning to major in Power Engineering. Yeah, I love Physics---I kindda have to. Physics is very interesting, I hope more people will appreciate the beauty of this subject. Yep, it's hard but it's amazing! I also like volleyball but I love badminton. I LOVE WATCHING FOOTBALL! I'm a fan of the German National Football Team, Die Mannschaft!! I'm incredibly happy that they won this 2014 World Cup. (!) MY FAVORITE (crushes (*hug*)) FOOTBALL PLAYERS: 5. Xabi Alonso 4. Manuel Neuer 3. Julian Draxler 2. James Rodriguez AND OF COURSE!! Jasper Cillessen - Goalkeeper of Dutch National Football Team, Oranje! Still have the World Cup fever. I'm sorry. ******************** I have a very very low self-esteem because of my acne. Got it from my dad because experts say that acne can be hereditary. This made me doubt myself often---like with my decisions, ideas and opinions. :help: And I'm only 5'5''!! I feel so unattractive so love life isn't one of my priorities right now. This is very shameful but I'm actually considering undergoing surgery after I graduate and when I'm already earning money. I'm also planning on moving to another country to find a job and settle. Maybe, the Netherlands---yes because of Cillessen, Belgium, UK, Canada---I don't know about USA because I heard that they don't want immigrants anymore. I kindda feel bad about leaving my country but I just don't feel that I'm really accepted here. :tears: ******************** SO YEAH! Enough about me, want to know more about you! I want to have new friends FROM THE MYSTICAL CONTINENT OF ASIA :roflmao::roflmao: Mabuhay!!
Hi, welcome to EC. And who doesn't love Xabi Alonso and that amazing beard? And James, he's become one of my new favorite players.
Hurrah! Another Gaysian! How's your EC experience so far? And cool you're in college too Where do you study? (!) I'm no sporty kid but I do like volleyball Everybody goes through their own ugly duckling stages haha but don't you worry; we'll get past this stage someday HAHAHAHA Welcome to EC fellow newcomer! :smilewave(*hug*)
Thanks! I know, right?! James is such a revelation. He's played so well, so happy that Colombia got into the quarterfinals! So good! EC is becoming one of my favorite sites to visit. I feel so free and accepted! I'm studying at the University of the Philippines, here in Laguna. And yeah, I'm still fighting my way out of puberty. I really hope that someday I feel more confident and happy. :icon_wink
Hello and welcome to EC :smilewave! Cool another Filipino! It's a pleasure to meet you. Please feel free to ask questions and give commentary as they are both highly valued here on this site .
Hey and welcome to receive! I hope you enjoy your time here and that you make new friends who will both advise and support you. Also I hope that you're able to share your experiences with coming out, with or closeted members of this wonderful community. Good luck Also if you ever need a friend don't hesitate to contact me
Welcome to EC! I. Love. Electrical. Engineering. :OOOOO Although I decided to go to medschool after all xD Anyhow, short guys are really hot and don't think that just because you have acne you're ugly. If someone is worthy of your attention, he or she should look past your acne and looks, seeing the true beauty that lays inside you. Lots of love, Andy
Hay. Welcome. And about that immigrant thing, people are just being asshats. We really should welcome visitors into our country, but asshats get in our way. Stuff should settle down in a few years.
Thank you guys for your warm welcome I'm also glad to know that I have my kababayans here! Hello guys! Electrical Engineering is so awesome but med-related courses are cool too! I chose Electrical Engineering because we don't often need to wear lab gowns---I hate lab gowns. Yeah, I'm still building up my self-confidence---which is even harder than my degree program. Thank you so much for your beautiful words! That's why I'm having second thoughts about moving to USA. I'm really scared about the immigration issue and the racism involved. :tears: AGAIN! Thank you guys so much!
